Hygienic condition :
1) Off shore, catch fish is stored in seal pack ice box in a boat.
2) Once boat comes on jetty, immediately fish ice box transfer to factory without air expose through our logistic.
3) In a hygienic condition, immediately factory clean & slice the fish & packed in a boxes which are sent to cold storage.
Factory storage :
Air is your enemy. Any air that touches your fish will destroy it. It's that simple. So you must prevent air from contacting the fish by vacuum-sealing it.
The fish is stored in a temperature control room with vacuum.
